  1. Culvert pipes are superb holding spots for trout. The nutrients and security for the trout are excellent. I never pass up the opportunity to fish them.

  2. Hey guys. You talked about catching some great fish in little channels. One of my favorite fly fishing experiences was on a float of the Yakima river. If you haven’t fished the Yakima you should. I stopped on a small island on the Yakima and was waiting to get started again. I tossed a hopper in a small channel and hooked into one of the best rainbows I’ve hooked on the Yakima. Love your podcast!
